Regardless of the scale of the project C.C. Contracting are always a pleasure to work with. They are proactive, collaborative and helpful at every stage. This culture is present from the Directors to the operatives on site. Over the past 11 years that I’ve been at Princebuild, C.C. Contracting have been instrumental in delivering a number of significant and complex projects. The most notable of these was the new Morrisons Supermarket in Little Clacton, Essex which opened in 2022. Due to a significant change in project philosophy a substantial portion of the project had to be delivered earlier than originally programmed. To achieve this successfully we worked closely with the C.C. Contracting team and they increased their resources to accommodate. I doubt we could have achieved this feat without C.C. Contracting being involved.
I have recommended CC Contracting to another company who has viewed the work they have done for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future, we are very pleased with the work and the state the site was left in on completion.
May I personally thank you and your team for the recent works completed in Kenilworth. What started out to be a relatively straight forward project soon became problematic with its daily challenges! However regular contact and communications with project manager Alan ensured that the job was not only completed to plan but ahead of schedule as well! I only wish all of our external contracting ran as smoothly and efficiently as this project! I would have no hesitation at all in recomending CC Contracting.
Please would you pass on my thanks to the decorators who attended the after building works, they were an excellent team and provided a very good job, working in amongst the furniture and people that I could not move out of their way. They even cleaned up the meeting room from debris left by other contractors. They had a very good customer attitude and it deserves to be recognised.

I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the works you have undertaken on Welconstruct’s behalf on the Clinical Services Project for Synergy Health plc at Knowsley Merseyside. This project had as you are aware many unforeseen problems commencing at first with the mass pile foundations which prevented us from installing the internal below ground drainage as originally designed, to relocating the new electrical sub station to a revised location due to unknown existing buried services. I am especially grateful to you for the way we coordinated your works with the other trades which was highly beneficial to the successful conclusion of this project. I will have no hesitation in employing C. C. C.C.Contracting have recently completed a very high profile bunded storage area on our site which conforms to the latest HSE and EA guidance and to the satisfaction of our insurers. The project was handled professionally from start to finish, with both management staff and the construction team focused on ensuring the highest standards were met. On the back of this, we will be using C.C.Contracting with developing the site on future projects.
