CC Contracting acquire All Seasons Contracting

C.C. Contracting Ltd has announced the acquisition of All Seasons Contracting Co Ltd, bringing together two long-established construction businesses with shared roots and more than five decades of industry experience. The move also builds on C.C. Contracting’s continued growth strategy, following its 2019 acquisition of Serfis Construction & Engineering Ltd, further strengthening the group’s combined expertise across civil engineering and surfacing.

The acquisition strengthens C.C. Contracting’s delivery capability across civil engineering, groundworks, reinforced concrete and surfacing works, while securing the long-term future of All Seasons Contracting Co Ltd and its skilled workforce.

Founded in 1988 by Chris Child, C.C. Contracting has grown steadily to become a trusted contractor delivering industrial and commercial construction projects across the UK. For more than 20 years, the company has been led by Managing Director, Peter Child, who has overseen its expansion through economic cycles, industry change and national growth.

All Seasons Contracting Co Ltd also carries a heritage spanning more than 50 years and was also originally founded by Peter’s father Chris Child together with William Oliver. Following Chris’ recent passing, and the recent retirement of William Oliver who continued as a Director of All Seasons until very recently, the decision was taken for C. C. Contracting to acquire All Seasons from William and his wife, thus ensuring its future while protecting its people, reputation and long-standing client relationships.

The two companies will continue to operate nationwide, supporting projects ranging from small reactive works through to large-scale developments.

Both organisations share a strong people-first culture and a commitment to retaining a skilled, directly employed workforce, enabling them to maintain high standards of delivery across projects.

With a third generation of the Child family now working within the business, the acquisition marks an important milestone and the beginning of a new chapter for C.C. Contracting and All Seasons Contracting. Together, both businesses will continue to build long-term partnerships with clients while delivering practical, dependable construction solutions across the UK.
